First there was Raccoon City but unknown to the rest of the world, another location is also mutating from the deadly T-Virus, Sheena Island. In the opening, the streets of Sheena Island can be seen crawling with undead creatures. A chopper is seen flying in the night sky with one determined person trying to escape as another is hanging from the chopper with a gun and a pair of dogtags in his hand. The chopper suddenly looses control landing in the middle of the chaos. As one lone survivor comes to, Ark Thompson, the sound of screaming and other monstrous sounds surround him. He has no idea who he is and why he is there. "I must remember....I must survive!"
