Knife - One of the standard weapons in every Resident Evil game. Unlike in most other RE games, the knife in Gaiden may come in handy to kill Zombies when you run out of ammo. Still, it is a very hard task to do so. It's better than nothing I guess! |

Pistol - Best used against weaker enemies such as Zombies. Probably will not have much effect against the Tyrant. Keep your distance from Zombies and the Pistol should work just fine against them! |

Shotgun - A very powerful piece of weaponry! If you are at close range with Zombies, the shotgun can take out several of them in one shot. However, it is probably a good idea to save as much shotgun ammo as you can for the Tyrant! |

Rifle - Something like a sniper rifle. An excellent weapon to use from long range. Can take an enemy out in seconds! |

Grenade Launcher - A very dangerous and powerful weapon! Most of your enemies should die with only a couple shots. However, if your enemies are far away from you, the grenades will not be able to reach them. |

Rocket Launcher - As you would expect, the Rocket Launcher is the ultimate weapon! It can usually destroy any enemy in only one shot. It's only weakness is a slow firing rate so going against fast moving enemies would not be a good idea. |
