Leon Kennedy - Leon is the rookie cop seen in Resident Evil 2. He is onboard the luxury cruiser the STARLIGHT following the new B.O.W released by Umbrella. The current status of Leon is now a mystery as they lost contact with him a day before the incident. |

Barry Burton - Barry returns from the orginial Resident Evil. He is also onboard the STARLIGHT along with Leon. Since contact was lost with Leon, it is up to Barry to find him and put a stop to the B.O.W. He will have to go through tons of Zombies to complete this mission! |

Lucia - She is a little girl onboard the Starlight going to live with relatives in Europe. Barry is very suspicious of her so keep an eye out! |

Captain - This is the Captain of the Starlight. Later in the game he becomes one of them...a zombie! |

HQ - This is the guy you communicate with back to headquarters during the game. He is pretty much useless as he says he cannot come and rescue you since there is a storm. Screw the storm man! |

Chief - This is a mysterious woman who is the supposed leader of the underground organization formed to stop Umbrella.
