There is a special team from the American Intelligence Department that is after the secret works of Umbrella. A few days before, the T-Virus was stolen from Umbrella's Paris Lab. The virus made it's way onto a large cruiser ship in the Atlantic Ocean. People from all over the world join together on this ship every year which is owned by Umbrella. Everyone on the ship is dead so to say! Someone wanted revenge. The boat is hi-jacked and the virus is released.
