Los Ganados - These are the people that are out to get Leon as soon as he arrives in the village. They hold some type of secret. They don't like unwelcomed guests! |

Los Illuminados - These are monks that occupy the castle. They have a lot more power than the average villager. They possess many weapons such as masks to protect from head shots and shields. They are after Ashley and it is up to Leon not to make that happen. |

Chainsaw Ganado - This nut pesters Leon throughout the entire village! You must watch out for that chainsaw of his or your done for. |

Bitores Mendez - Looks like a human but definately is not! If you take a quick look, you can see it is formed like Mr. X from Resident Evil 2. A very powerful creature! |

Del Lago - An over grown salamander. This thing tries to eat Leon as well as the boat he is on! Keep your distance and fire. |

Garrador - These people are found in the dugeons of the castle. Subjected to so much torture, they have large claws stitched together. They have a great sense of hearing so it is a must for Leon to keep as quiet as possible. |

Colmillos - These are infected wolves thanks to the Plagas parasite. Watch out for their large sprouting tenticles from their backs as it will take down Leon. Their main target of attack is the throat. |

Plagas Parasite - These things come in a variety of shapes and sizes. As you go threw the game, they sprout out from the necks of the Ganado. They eventually form into large spiders. |

Novistador - These creatures can go completely invisibe! They will all attack at once. Later on in the game they no longer are able to turn invisible, but now can fly.

Los Armours - These are at the castle who possess many suits of armour. Very powerful defensively making it hard for Leon's weapons to work against them. |

Commandos - These people are under Krauser's command. They have taser like guns and have very powerful armour. They guard Saddler's headquarters on the island. |

Regenerator - Seeing how slow these things are can definately trick you!. They live up to their name. They can regenerate quickly when they get hurt. They must be killed by using a powerful weapon. |

Iron Maiden - These are similar to the Regenerators as they have the same parasite. When they get close to Leon, they shoot him with spikes which causes harmful damage. |
 |
Verdugo - This is a creature that defends Salazar. It is sent out to kill Leon. It is very fast and can take powerful weapons with hardly causing any damage. It's one weakness is liquid nitrogen which Leon must use to defeat this thing! |

U3 - A creature released by Saddler later in the game. Leon must battle its quickness in several different cages. |

El Gigante - Thanks to the villagers, this thing is set out to get Leon. He has the ability to grab him and just throw him like a rag doll! It stands close to 30 feet tall which makes things a bit rough. |

Lord Saddler - To sum it up, Saddler is the cause of everything that has happened. |
