Leon S. Kennedy - Leon is one of the survivors from the chaos in Resident Evil 2 and Gaiden. A former RPD cop now working as a government agent, now finds himself in a small village in Europe trying to find the President's daughter who has been kidnapped. To Leon's surprise these strange people are out to get him. He must watch his back! |

Ashley Graham - This is the President's daughter who Leon is out to rescue. In Resident Evil 4 she is a playable character later on in the game which should make things a bit interesting. In the second half of the game she does seem to be a little annoying as she follows Leon around quite a bit. |

Ada Wong - Ada makes her long awaited return in Resident Evil 4! She is working for some kind of group just like Leon. Apparantly, she comes to Leon's aide when he has a confrontation with the Village Chief. Someone that you really don't want to mess with! |

Luis Sera - A villiager Leon saves in the game. A former cop now residing in the village. He may hold the key to information why the village has over turned into such chaos! |

Albert Wesker - Wesker has a short, but is a very important factor in the settings of the future of the series. He is playable in the Mercenaries game. As you play the main game, you find out he sends Jack Krauser and Ada Wong to get a sample of the Plaga. His intentions is to rebuild the Umbrella Corporation. |

Jack Krauser - Is he working for Wesker? Saddler? Definately a man of mystery. What was the purpose of him kidnapping Ashley? Even though some questions can't be answered, this man is very powerful with military training and is someone to keep you're eye on. |

Osmund Saddler - The leader of Los Illuminados. Once the plague spread through the village, all the villagers became under Saddler's control. A highly intelligent, evil man. |

Ramon Salazar - Call him insane all you want to. This is another very intelligent man. He is responsible for spreading "Las Plagas" in the village. Even though Osmund Saddler is the leader, he truly believes he is the one. |

Ingrid Hunnigan - Ingrid is Leon's communication expert. She gives him valuable mission information via radio during his quest. However, the communication does not last for long. |

Keystone Cops - At the beginning of the game, two police officers can be seen driving Leon towards the village. They do not want any part of the happenings in the village. Trouble is near by for them. |

Merchant - Leon meets him throughout the game. He has quit a bit of weapons on him. Leon has the ability to purchase weapons off of him. |
