Claire Redfield - Claire is a college student and loves to ride motorcycles. She went to Raccoon City in search for her brother Chris, who was missing under unordinary circumstances. Unfortunatly, she has had a few road blocks in front of her thanks to Umbrella! Teaming up with Leon, Claire escaped the city. Three months later, she now heads to Europe to continue the search for Chris. However, she is soon caught by Umbrella and transferred to the corporation's prison on an isolated island. |

Steve Burnside - Although Steve can be reckless, he is good hearted and helps out in any way he can. He was captured with is father and held in the Umbrella prison on an isolated island. He has bad feelings towards his family, which you really never find out exactly why. During a prison raid, he escaped in the chaos. Steve now meets up with Claire for the fight to survive! |

Alexia Ashford - The twin sister of Alfred. People claim to have seen her in the Ashford residence, but no one has been near her for many years, other than Alfred of course. He seems to be doing experiments on her as he did to his father. |

Rodrigo Juan Raval - Rodrigo is a secret Umbrella worker and is the one who captured Claire and brought her to the Island. When the special force team took over the island, he was injured badly. He has no hope to survive, therefore he wants to mend his ways by helping Claire. |
